Erin James is a published photographer, photojournalist, writer, radio host, DJ, curator and founder of Tough Cookie Mag. She has previously worked with Lighthouse, Photofringe, Goldie Magazine and QM Records. She looks to inspire others to speak out on difficult and stigmatized subjects through the medium of art, focusing her work on socially engaged topics and social justice issues whilst championing and uplifting marginalised voices.

See her workPhoebe is a self-taught photographer who is interested in capturing events within the arts. Her photographic experience varies from covering community workshops, to exhibitions and performing arts. She has worked with Brighton Photoworks, Fabrica and Onca on many different projects and in various roles. Phoebe uses the environment around her to create a visual experience and an observational style to her photography.

See her workPodcaster, blogger and video-editor who has collaborated with many local artists and organisations. Enjoys experimenting with written forms from journalism to spoken word and visual arts from lyric videos to documenting stories. By pulling captivating quotes that are both relatable and insightful, Lara aims to tell stories that comfort the familiar and invite the new. Lara's practice fuses the digital and analogue worlds using handwritten text, collage-style layering and aims to focus on the human side of the story.

See her workRyan is a recent graduate of Brighton Film School majoring as a Director of Photography. His two end of year student films 'A Crown Fit For A Prince' and 'Paint By numbers' were selected and screened at festivals across the UK. As an emerging cinematographer, Ryan's experience in film and tv productions has continued his passion in both camera and lighting departments, and helped him to develop his highly adaptive narrative driven style.

Sarah Brownlow is a Brighton based music and culture photographer, teacher and mentor. Driven by a genuine love of people and shared human experience, she uses her raw and celebratory, photographic style to tell authentic and engaging stories. She believes that there is a story in all of us and works hard to empower people to share their stories with the world working with many organisations across the city to facilitate creative projects including Lighthouse, Photo Fringe and Future Creatives.
See her workLeonardo is a digital artist, video maker and they like to tell stories. They work internationally with theatre companies, fashion labels, art collectives, and commercial activities in order to help them connect with their audience, creating striking narratives and visuals. As an artist, their practice focuses on the decomposition of the image and on socio-political aspects like accessibility, censorship or poverty. They are interested in the behaviour of users when experiencing art and in the magnetic power that screens and moving images have on people.
